- 2025 – present: Chief Operating Officer and Founder, JustDatalytics, Cincinnati, OH
- Direct daily operations and strategic initiatives to implement evidence-based programs; oversee research projects across all stages of the criminal justice system, ensuring rigorous methodological standards and statistical analysis
- Serve as fractional C-suite executive, including Chief Compliance Officer for a justice reform nonprofit, and organizer of the inaugural Western Region Reentry Summit
- Organized and led a working group of over 100 academics in opposition to provisions of Ohio House Bill 338 that eliminate higher education, in-person visitation, and tablet access for 25% of the state’s incarcerated population

- Mapped the criminal justice system in New Jersey and formulated policy recommendations spanning arrest, pretrial detention, diversion, reentry, and probation/parole

- Founded and led a 501(c)(3) legal aid nonprofit providing free and sliding-scale services addressing collateral consequences of arrest or conviction including sealing and expungement of arrest records, internet mugshot removal, early termination of probation, driver license reinstatement, and all forms of clemency (rights restoration)
- Oversaw a staff of twenty paid and volunteer employees serving over 12,000 clients
- Secured over $1,100,000 in grant funding and donor support
- Formed coalitions and partnerships, organized one-stop community legal and reentry clinics, and redesigned intake processes to cut routine legal task time by over 75%
- Successfully advocated for automatic criminal record sealing statute and navigated The Florida Bar and Florida Supreme Court committees to have the law adopted as a new rule of criminal procedure
